I have bought a Saitek Yoke but find it is very sensitive. It makes it hard to control the planes. I've played with the settings and the software but not able to make it work. I am thinking maybe I should try the CH Yoke instead.

I prefer the CH Products. CH make both yoke and rudder pedals and they seem to work quite well with FSX and X-Plane.

I own the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System wich is by far the best on the market (quality and price wise). I would recomend this yoke by far if you are looking for both quality and a good price.

I've found It is very hard to use the flight simulator without a flight simulator yoke. It is very difficult to fly as the keyboard is not very sensitive. When you are landing you have to be able to make small corrections which you cannot do easily with the keyboard.
